My package is returned to the sender.

The most common reason packages are returned to the sender is that the address given to us is incomplete, such as missing an apartment number. 

In such cases, there is a shipping and restocking fee of $10 per returned shipment.

If this happens the first time, we can ship a replacement to the correct address without any additional charge as a one-time courtesy.

Please email concierge@mansatea.com with your correct address so that we can send out a replacement package.
