My package has not been shipped

We typically ship out orders the next business day morning. 

However, sometimes USPS does not scan the packages at the point of pick up. So the tracking information may take 24 hours to update.

If, even after 24 hours, the shipment information has not been updated, email us at concierge@mansatea.com, and a Mansa Tea representative will assist you within 24 hours on the next business day.
