I can't activate my account.
The most common reasons for not being able to activate your account are:
- Account password issue (i.e., forgot password)
- Account email address issue
Please email us at concierge@mansatea.com about the issue you're having, and a Mansa Tea representative will assist you within 24 hours on the next business day.
For password issues, we can send you an email with the instructions for resetting your password.
Note that the password reset link is valid for 30 days.
For account email address issues, please confirm which email address you wish to use in creating your account and we will send you an account activation email.
