I received a broken teaware / damaged products.

This is not the usual Mansa Tea experience that our customers experience, and we understand your frustration. We'd love to resolve this issue immediately for you.

For faster service, please do the following:

  • take a photo of the broken teaware / damaged products, and 
  • email it to concierge@mansatea.com with the title "Broken Teaware / Damaged Products"

A Mansa Tea representative will assist you within 24 hours on the next business day. 

Please note that:

  • UPS may request a damage inspection of the contents and original packaging as part of the damage claim process. So, please keep the original box and packaging and any damaged contents until your claim is processed.
